My initial experience wasn't great, didnt feel very welcomed and almost ignored when I first went in. Asked for a test drive and was told I can't have one until things were sorted? However once I proved a genuine interest the customer service was great. We dealt with Melanie she helped us find the car we wanted and told us about finance and got the car ready before specified time. The car was cleaned and looked high end. Most places do offer a new service and MOT, however we had 6 months left on the MOT so they don't renew it. Also tyres are a bit worn since we paid 60% deposit was hoping they would change that but wasn't.
Overall I was happy Melanie was great and would buy from them again.

I’m very happy with both Ieuan and the manager and the finance man that helped me with getting a car.
The manager was very helpful and straight taking and not pushy which I really liked.
The finance man was amazing a very likeable guy that explained everything very well.
Ieuan was helpful and quick with communication.
They helped me find a car that I wanted within my price range, and it was more than I was hoping for. A few days on from purchase and I am a happy customer that will be returning in a few years time. Straightforward and easy.
